Red partners with WOW Swims – Perth’s community swim series for all

We’re amped to announce that Red Equipment is a Series Sponsor of the WOW Swims Series – Western Australia’s community open-water swim series that welcomes swimmers of all ages and abilities. Last summer we attended a couple of WOW events and were so impressed with the vibe that we’ve become a proud partner, now supporting the whole series for 2025-26. Their season of events run from November to March, bringing together families, first-timers and seasoned racers across a string of classic Perth swims.

WOW Swims Sponsorship Coordinator Elena Nesci said: “Having the incredible support of a company like Red Equipment for the WOW Swims Series is so exciting. For the first time in our history we will be offering a Series Prize of a stand-up paddleboard package which has been generously donated by Red Equipment. WOW Swims and Red Equipment share a love of all things aquatic and feel it’s important to support swimmers of all ages to enjoy the waterways and ocean of WA in safe, fun events.”

What is the WOW Swims Series?

WOW Swims is WA’s community swim series for all – six open-water events each summer, most with multiple distances so there’s something for everyone, from short ‘try it’ routes to much longer challenges. Events attract individuals, families, club and squad swimmers, and social groups – with a strong emphasis on participation and safe, enjoyable days by the water.

Where Red fits in this season

As a Series Sponsor, we’ll be at WOW Swims throughout the summer with a Red Equipment marquee where swimmers can come and check out our kit first-hand – and access exclusive Red discount codes for online orders. We’re supplying the new Series Prize of a Red 10'0" Ride inflatable paddleboard package, plus there’ll be spot prizes across the series too.
