For orders under $100, we offer two options. Standard delivery 2-10 business days at $6.95. Or express delivery 1-3 business days at $10.00 

Remote locations - unfortunately due to the complexity of shipping to remote areas of Australia we are unable to provide express delivery, but orders will usually be with you within 2 weeks depending on courier services.

It may be that our delivery service have experienced some trouble with delivery. We have tried to make this process as simple as possible; just head over to our Returns Portal and fill out the prompts with your details, and then follow the instructions.

You can return your items within 30 days of placing your order. Clothing should be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with its labelling intact and attached still to the product. 

Equipment should be un-used and with its original packaging and / or labelling intact and attached to the product.  Items which don't have the labelling attached to the product will incur a 10% reconditioning charge which we will notify you after inspection of your return. 

If we do not hear back from you within 4 days of contact we will return the items to you.  Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable as standalone items. All items are inspected before a refund is processed. Items deemed to be in a poor condition will either be returned to you, or if they can be reconditioned you will receive a charge for this. 

If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

MSL Fusion Technology is recognised as the industry’s leading construction process, it is exclusive to Red Paddle Co and the material we use on all of our boards. MSL involves fusing a second layer of hard-wearing polymer to the dropstitch core at the raw material stage, rather than hand gluing it. When inflated correctly and used for general SUP you will hardly notice any difference. For high performance surfing you will find you will have to adapt your style as the board rides differently to a ‘hard’ board but still rides very well. The biggest benefit is that you can deflate, roll up and stash your Red inflatable board in the back of the car with ease, take it on a plane, hike up a mountain….so transporting it further afield is much, much easier than a 10 ft+ hardboard!

We offer the possibility to extend the standard 1 year warranty to a  5 year warranty for each board bought from the 2022, 2021 and 2020 ranges. Just like our 2 year warranty that was available on 2018 and 2019 boards, we will require you, the customer to register your board with us via our website within 3 months of purchase to activate the extended warranty. We recommend inflating your boards between 15-25psi. For heavier riders we recommend aiming for 22-25psi and for lighter riders, we suggest 15-22psi. If you're unsure, aim for 18psi. Following these guidelines should give your board unrivalled stiffness and durability. This has been our number one mission for the last decade!

Red Paddle Co boards are built to withstand even the wildest adventures. Our premium-quality boards won’t let you down, giving you the freedom to explore any stretch of water. We put our most popular board, the 10’6″ Ride through 10 intense (but fun!) tests to push it’s durability to the limit. This culminated in driving over the board with a 22.5 tonne digger to prove how tough our boards are so you don’t have to! Treat it well and it will be a trusty steed.

Over time you will experience some loss of pressure especially with temperature changes, we recommend topping up before you hit the water! The board should be stored out of direct sunlight and if you are not going to use it for a while you should reduce the pressure to below 15 psi.

It sounds like you have found what we call 'The Bump'! The bump can be seen on the back of every single Inflatable board in the world. It is where the drop stitch material has to be cut in order to fit in the inflation valve. On some boards, the Bump is hidden under the fins, but is always there. Firstly we recommend having your Compact Bag open and ready to go. Deflate your board and have your board strap near to the tail of your board. Fold your board in half along the centre. Place your pump at the nose end of the board, leaving a little bit of room so that you can wrap this over the pump, this will help keep the pump secure and in place. Roll the board around the pump, keeping the pump as square as possible with the rails of the board. The tighter you roll your board, the easier it will be to fit in your Compact Bag. Don't be concerned if the dark blue stringer is folding and puckering slightly, this is to be expected. Once you have finished rolling your board, grab your board strap and wrap this around to secure, place it in your compact bag, zip it up and head off on your next adventure! https://youtu.be/sFssnrGqH_Y

When inserting your click fins, line the fin up with the fin box and ensure it is pushed down before sliding backwards to click into place. If you have the older style you will need to tighten the grub screws, on each side of the fin box. If you have a new style you will need to insert the securing pin and can tighten the grub screw for added security if you would like. https://youtu.be/wbAglWTkZwM

Firstly, we recommend having your All-Terrain Bag open and ready to go, with your board deflated and your board strap nearby. Place your pump at the nose of the board, leaving a little bit of room around the nose so that you can wrap this over the pump, this will help keep the pump secure and in place. Roll the board around the pump, keeping the pump as square as possible with the rails of the board. The tighter you roll your board, the easier it will be to fit in your All Terrain Bag, but avoid putting too much tension around features like the fin box (if your board has removable fins). Once you have finished rolling your board, grab you board strap and wrap this around to secure. When you place your board in the All Terrain Bag, you will find a strap attached to the inside of the bag. The difference is mostly down to the way each of us are using the term max weight.  We are quoting the max weight of the actual paddler. This takes into consideration the experience of a rider up to a particular weight. We make sure the standing area of a board is wide enough and of the right profile to handle a rider of the max weight while giving an authentic paddling experience. What many brands do is suggest the total weight a board can take including a passenger. What this doesn’t tell you is whether the board is suitable of someone of a certain weight as a solo paddler or how it will perform.

Basically 1kg of body weight is equal to 1 litre of board volume so many 'max rider weights' simply indicate the point at which the board will start to sink. It’s another thing entirely to make a board with the right shape and profile to ride well.  Width is a key dimension as well. For example you could make a 16 foot board with a high volume but only 24” of width and it would be a nightmare to paddle and even worse with a passenger. Super unstable.

So the wider the board the more stable it is and the better it can support a rider and a passenger. Our 10’8” Ride for example is great for riders up to 100kgs as it has the width in the right place. You could also add a small passenger to the board and it would still work well.

Here are some tips on how to insert your RSS battens: 1. Inflate the board to 1psi - this is when the board has just taken shape and has enough air for it to 'pop out'. 2. When fitting or removing the battens, put the board on its side and straddle it, either pulling the batten towards you into the pocket using the velcro tab or pulling it out of the pocket away from you. 3. If needed, you can use water, vaseline or silicone spray on the batten to act as a lubricant. Below are two videos, the first shows you how to insert our Orange (post-2021) battens. You will be thankful to know that your Pro Change Robe does not need washing after every use (unless of course it gets covered in mud!) Due to its waterproof outer shell fabric washing should be limited as much as possible, the same as with any other outdoor waterproof clothing. Never expose the changing robe to heat sources of any kind.

The inner lining will not handle drying next to a heat source as it could lose its warming and quick-drying properties, that is why we would strongly suggest always hanging your waterproof changing robe or laying it flat to dry. The Red Original Pro Change Robe is machine washable and will retain its waterproof properties and longevity if the guidelines below are followed.

We recommend using Grangers performance wash to restore and enhance the technical fabrics. Pro Change Robe Washing Instructions Wash your change robe inside out - this is to try and combat ageing the outer shell of the waterproof garment A gentle or delicate machine wash at a maximum of 30 degrees. However, the safest, and best technique would be to wash your hooded changing robe by hand.

Do not hot wash, dry clean, or iron! It is extremely important to use a non-bio powder Refrain from using fabric conditioner After the spin cycle, hang or lay flat and dry at room temperature - do not tumble dry! It is worth noting that as you wear and wash your change robe, the waterproof coating may gradually get worn away. This isn’t a problem, however, as it’s quick and easy to top it up.

Our towelling robes are machine washable. We'd recommend selecting the gentle or delicates setting for this, and washing at a maximum of 30 degrees.

After the spin cycle, we recommend hanging your towel to dry either outside on a sunny day or inside at room temperature. We do not recommend a hot wash, dry clean or ironing your towelling robe!

Due to our performance clothes synthetic nature, moisture-wicking fabric is durable, washable, and adaptable. It can be dried, it doesn’t stain easily, it won’t shrink, and because it’s so durable, snags, tears and other normal garment malfunctions are not common.

This being said, we recommend taking care of your performance clothes when washing and following the below instructions:

1. Machine wash at 30 degrees with similar colours
2. Only tumble dry if you need to on a low heat, although your top will dry quickly naturally.
3. We recommend not ironing to protect the embossed logo design
4. Do not bleach
5. Do not use Fabric Softener.

We have two different types of leashes, our coiled leash (that comes standard as part of our packages) for flat water paddle boarding and our straight leash which is good for SUP surfing/catching waves.

When attaching your leash, first of all, make sure all of the velcro is apart. Here you will find that you have a loop of string attached to the velcro. Thread this material through the D ring that is located at the back of the board, popping the knot through itself and creating a larks head knot around the D ring!

Secondly, make sure the velcro is all undone, pass the velcro through the string loop, secure the velcro, making sure you're finishing with the piece of velcro that has a flat edge.

Finally, you have a secure leash that is attached to the string and D ring! you're ready to paddle!

Your leash is a really important piece of safety equipment. Before heading out to the water, we strongly recommend checking that your leash is in a good working condition, and it is attached properly to your board.

Coiled leash Our 8ft coiled leash is designed for flat water paddlers and racers who would like to make sure they are not getting any excess drag from their leash being in the water. This leash comes standard as part of our packages. It is mainly used when paddle boarding calmer waters such as canals, calm seas and lakes.

Straight leash Our 10ft Surf leash is a straight leash that is ideal for paddlers that would like to take their SUP out into the surf, it is great option for surfing and catching waves mainly at beach.

Waist leash Our Waist leash belt is quick releasing, this is for when the water is powerful such as high flowing rivers and tidal estuaries. You can covert your ankle leash so that you can release from the waist, simply attaching any ankle leash cuff to the waist belt. This is useful for if you find yourself in difficulty and you can’t reach your ankle in a dangerous situation.

When the sun is shining and you're ready for a SUP adventure, it's important to have a think about what to wear before heading out on the water. We recommend clothing that will keep you cool, whilst ensuring you are protected from the sun.

A pair of board shorts and our Red Original performance t-shirt is a perfect option! This is made from a moisture wicking, dri-release fabric, preventing odours caused by sweating whilst providing the highest rating of protection from UV radiation at 50+ UPF.

We'd always recommend applying a water resistant sunscreen to protect yourself from sun burn. If it is a really warm day with strong sun rays, consider a long sleeved protection rash vest.

On cooler days, and if you're not yet super confident on the board and feel you may have a wobble, a 3/2mm summer wetsuit is a great option. You can choose to wear a shorty or long version. If you were to take a splash into the water, wetsuits help with insulating and retaining body heat also giving you a little buoyancy in the water.

Don't forget keeping your head protected from the sun! We have our Red Original Sports Cap that is super comfortable and easily adjusted with invisible ventilation, keeping you cool whilst on the water no matter how hard you are paddling!

Paddleboarding during the colder, winter months can be especially beautiful, a really lovely way to enjoy those cold crisp winter days, when the sun is shining and water is so still! It is a great way to stay active and help boost your mental health during what can be some drury winter months.

The weather during winter can be unpredictable, varying temperatures plus fluctuating body temperature as you exercise can alter what you need to wear when exploring on your SUP. Even though paddle boarding might make you break a sweat, warm but breathable clothing are essential during the winter so you don’t catch a cold.

To embrace autumn and winter paddle boarding, layers are a must. It is important to check the weather conditions before you leave the house to ensure you are protected for every possibility - don’t forget that even if it’s nice as you head out, the wind might pick up or that the temperature will drop at the end of a sunny day.

There are three main things you need to consider when planning a trip. How long are you going to be out exploring, the water temperature and the weather conditions. We'd like to talk you through our top tips and advice!

When heading out onto the water, one of the biggest concerns is what to do with your personal belongings. Keep all those essential items close to hand without the fear of them getting lost, damaged or stolen. If you would like a high level of protection for your valuables, our 100% Waterproof Dry Pouch is the perfect solution. Big enough to store your keys, wallet and phone (should you need to call for help or more likely, capture that unbelievable photo), but small enough to not get in the way of your adventure. The clips on some Deck Bags can be a little firm if used in the traditional way. A small adjustment in technique makes them very useable, especially when your hands are cold. If you have a 2021/2022 Red Paddle Co Paddle Board, the flat bungee straps are designed to hold the deck bag on the board as well so you don't need to use the LTS clips if you don't want to.

The LTS clips are however still easy to use with a slightly different technique, just follow the below simple steps. To Attach

Step 2: Tighten the side straps to secure the bag & away you go. To remove:

Step 4: Push the gate of the clip out to the side so it springs up and on to the top of the clip. Push gate to the side of the clip hook and upwards so the gate sits on the top of the clip hook. The gate is now outside or on top of the clip hook, not underneath or inside it

TPU or Thermoplastic Polyurethane is a tough, lightweight, pliable fabric which creates the ultimate material for handling all the adventures you care to throw at it. TPU sits somewhere between rubber and plastic which creates the perfect blend for a kit bag designed for the outdoors.

We use CYCLEPET TPU which is made from recycled plastic bottles, extending the life of single use plastic. The bag is drop and abrasion proof so scuffs, sand and muddy environments won’t be a problem. Keeping the bag clean is easy with the kitbag, simply wipe clean with some soapy water and your good to go!

This has a much higher level of carbon which is more lightweight, meaning this is a super featherlight paddle option! Delivering minimal resistance and maximise power output throughout your paddle stroke. This is a great option for paddlers who are really looking to move that much further and faster! The narrower profile enables you to get the paddle closer to the board keeping the paddle more vertical, improving board tracking, giving you much more steam line paddling.

Once you have the basics of paddle board technique we can really start to look at improving efficiency and power within the paddle stroke. In this video we start to do this by looking at using larger muscle groups to power the board along.

Using your core muscles will mean you will be able to keep the board paddling for longer at higher speeds and more efficiently. To use your core effectively you need to let your hips rotate and your shoulders turn with the blade as you reach for the catch. As you reach forward, let your hips follow and the shoulders turn away from the stroke. As the blade moves through the water, your hips and shoulders return to square.

To use your core well, ensure you maintain a nicely extended bottom arm. The less your arm is moving the more you are engaging your core muscles whilst paddling. https://youtu.be/uK0ZCIIKaDg

After each time exploring out on the water, we recommend taking apart your paddle and rinsing with fresh water, making sure your paddle is nice and clean. The reason for this is that salt or grit can build up and form silt. This can cause your paddle to become stuck together if left in one piece over time.

We recommend storing your paddle clean and in three separate parts. We also have our Protective paddle blade cover available, which are great for keeping your blade extra safe and protecting them from bumps and scratches when being stored or when travelling.

Your paddle is most likely stuck for one of two reasons: dried salt around the clamp causing it to seize up, or as a result of silt building up and drying inside the shaft. This can be caused by sand or grit in between the two sections, which has been ground into a paste by adjusting the sections.

The best way to approach this is with two or three people. Face each other on different sides of the paddle. Take hold of the top and middle sections and twist in opposite directions - go back and forth to break down the build-up of silt. Once there is some side to side movement, you can then try to twist and pull, the bond should have now broken and you should be able to separate the two parts We made a quick video of ourselves doing this at our HQ recently, which may help explain better how to do this and what level of force it will require to clear the grit.

It is very important that you thoroughly clean the extension and the inside of the paddle shaft once you have successfully separated them. Watch the video below showing how best to do this: https://vimeo.com/598886966

Our paddles are made of 3-pieces and assembled using a push pin system. Water can make its way into these sections, particularly if the paddle has spent some time in the water.

It's good practice if your paddle has been in the water to separate the paddle, wash the paddle with clean water and place the separated parts of your paddle upright and upside down to allow any water to drain out.

You can pop off the end caps or tether bung which will allow the water to drain fully. If there is lots of water trapped in the paddle, we advise following these steps and leaving to drain between paddles.

This is a fairly simple repair and can be done with some basic tools. The key thing is to practice lining up the new cam lock properly. This is very important as if done incorrectly, your handle and paddle will be misaligned.

You'll need the following; Something to clean the area with (this comes in the kit we mention, or you can use acetone / nail varnish remover) A PVC marine adhesive kit A hairdryer or warm climate Service kit that comes with the board (this has the repair patch in that matches your board) Gloves Masking tape and a pencil Something to smooth the patch out with (i.e a wooden spoon) and a weight to apply pressure once gluing is complete. With the kit and instructions in the video above you're ready to repair your board For the purpose of this video we had the glue and patch on the board to show how to do the repair, but we strongly recommend moving this to a safe area on your work bench / table with a protective layer underneath. https://vimeo.com/706498076

If your valve dust cap comes off, It is a good idea to re-attach this to keep your valve free from debris such as grit. To do this, you will need to remove your valve and feed the new string through; you can use any string or thread for this. To remove the valve, you will need the Valve tool from your Repair Kit. When you have removed the valve, rethread the dust cap. A top tip is to make sure that the 'tail' left on the valve end of the string is quite short, so that it does not interfere with the valve screwing back into it's basket.

The majority of our boards are fitted with cargo points on the nose to hold down your all important kit when out on a paddle adventure. In certain situations these can come unglued and may need replacing. You can find the cargo points required on the spares section of our website, and the glue (Loctite 401) is available to purchase online too. You'll also need masking tape, a pencil, some gloves plus something to push the cargo point down onto the board with (like a wooden spoon for example!). Blue juice works incredibly well at sealing small leaks. If done correctly it gives a long-lasting repair that will get you back out paddling for many more sessions. The key is to make sure you track the fluid along the rail to the repair and get the board up to a high pressure so that it is forced into and through the leak to create a strong seal.

If you find that the board is still leaking after your first attempt, check that you have tightened the valve properly, as sometimes in your haste to get the board inflated you may not tighten this fully. Check out the video here https://vimeo.com/702785238 for a demonstration

Firstly, you need to inflate your board. The more pressure you put in, the more obvious the leak will be, we recommend inflating to around 20psi. Slowly and very carefully work your way around the board, applying soapy water as you go and looking for any air bubbles.

A good place to start is around the inflation valve, then check all along the rails of the board, before searching the top and bottom decks. Once you have found the leak, you can attempt to repair it: - If the leak is around your valve, then you simply need to tighten it up using your valve tool.

There are a few ways to straighten your i-fins. The best method is shown in our video linked below : https://vimeo.com/780713244/13c3922999

Below are also some instructions, but you can also do this with a hairdryer, or leaving it out in the sun on a hot day and it does just the same.

1. Boil a kettle and leave it for about 5 minutes
2. Fill one mixing bowl with the boiled water and another with cold water
3. Submerge the bent fin in the hot water bowl and leave it for a minute or so
4. Remove it and then correct the bend in the fin with your hands (be careful if the water is still hot)
5. Plunge the fin in the cold water to set it back in position 6) Repeat if necessary

Your board should be stored in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight and either rolled up and stored in the bag, If storing for a long time without use, make sure you ease the tightness of the roll so that there isn't lots of pressure going through the strap into the board, especially near the fin box if you have one of these.

It may also be an idea to store the pump separately if you do have the space for this. If you are hoping to keep your board inflated, we recommend keeping this on a flat surface or upright (not kept on a rack for a long duration) to prevent changes to the shape of the board. If you are not going to use it for a while you should reduce the pressure to below 15psi and keep your board in the cool and dry.

Before you pack your board away though, it is very important that you rinse everything in fresh water (Board/Bag/Paddle/Pump/Leash etc) and allow to dry completely before packing it away.

If you have identified that air is escaping from your valve, rest assured that this should be easy to solve. There are two reasons why this may be happening: a) The valve is removable and it has worked a little loose through use. b) There is something lodged inside your valve, preventing it from closing fully.

A) If the air appears to be coming from the outer part of the valve, you just need to tighten the valve using the valve tool supplied in the repair kit. The tightening techniques below can be helpful: With the board deflated, grab the valve basket through the underside of the board with one hand and use the other hand to tighten. Alternatively, you can place the board on the floor, and kneel either side of the fin box to pull the PVC taught (this will create pressure and push the valve basket onto the floor to help hold this still). B) If the air appears to be coming from the inside of the valve, around the dust cap, It is likely there is some debris inside the valve which needs to be removed. This can be done in one of two ways: Tap down on the centre pin firmly and quickly a few times to dislodge the possible sand/debris. Be careful to look the other way and keep your face away from the airstream, preferably wearing glasses/goggles. If this doesn't work, you may need to remove the valve.Check this video out that explains further: here: https://vimeo.com/703199237

The Titan 2 is compact, can be neatly packed away and is very easy to set up. To use your Titan 2 pump, firstly take the handle from the side of the pump and thread it through the top and lay the feet flat on the ground. The pump hose has the same connection both ends, so either end is ok to attach to the pump.

When attaching the hose, line up the grove on the end of the hose nozel with the 12 o'clock position on the pump, push it in with a little force and lock it clock wise to be closed. Make sure the exhaust lever is fully back towards you. As you start pumping, you will reach about 5-6 psi and you will feel air start to exhaust from the side of the pump. This is totally normal.

We recommend full strokes for maximum efficiency when pumping up your board! Once the pumping becomes too difficult and tiring to use, push the lever to the side forward. This means that you're just using the rear chamber of the pump. You can now pump up to 20psi and beyond!

Once you have finished pumping, disconnect the hose, remove the handle and place back onto the side of the pump so this doesn't get lost, switch the exhaust lever back and fold up the feet.

Our Multi Pump Adapters have been designed to help with pumping up your board a little faster or if you need an extra hand with pumping. Our Multi Pump Adapters come fitted with two non return valves. You will need to remove one of these valves in order for the adapter to work.

Place your palm onto the grey section of the adapter and turn this clockwise to unscrew. If this is a little difficult or fiddly, you can use the end of the hose of the pump, connect it up and twist. This will allow you to release the threads - you can then unscrew the rest with your hand.

Once the grey section has been removed, use your fingers to hold onto the black rubber stalk. Pull this out, (the non return valve) you will also see a very small o ring which you need to remove but keep hold of.

Reassemble by replacing just the grey section of the pump re-screwing this back into the adapter. You're then good to go with screwing your adapter into your valve and pumping your board using your Titan and electric pump at the same time.

Sometimes there may be a need to replace the gauge on your Titan 2 pump. This is pretty easy to do as seen in the video above.

Just hold the pump in one hand, and twist the gauge using the palm of your other hand. This will then pop out once unscrewed, leaving the housing ready for the replacement.
