Terms & Conditions

1. Overview:
   "The Competition" is organised by Red Paddle Co Ltd (trading as Red Equipment) in partnership with Manly Cole Classic. By entering, participants agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility:
   The Competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Red Equipment or its promotional partners are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Requirements:
   To enter, participants must complete the official entry form. Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted. Entries received outside of the competition period will not be considered.
4. Prize Details:
   One (1) winner will receive a prize package valued at $1,179 AUD, consisting of: x1 10.8 Inflatable SUP Cruiser Tough Package.
5. Winner Selection & Notification:
   The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and notified via email within seven (7) days of the competition closing date. If the selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, Red Equipment reserves the right to select an alternative winner. Proof of identity and eligibility may be required before the prize is awarded.
6. Prize Fulfilment:
   All physical items will be shipped to the winner’s nominated Australian address by Manly Cole Classic. Red Equipment is not responsible for delays or mis-deliveries due to incomplete or inaccurate contact information provided by the winner.
7. No Cash Alternative:
   Prizes are non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products or services. No substitutions or exchanges will be permitted.
8. Publicity:
   By entering, participants consent to Red Equipment using their first name and Australian state for winner announcements and related promotional purposes, including on the Red Equipment website, email newsletters, and social media channels.
9. Data Protection:
   All personal information submitted will be handled in accordance with Red Equipment’s Privacy Policy. Data will not be shared with competition partners unless you opt in at the time of entry. Links to each partner's privacy policy are provided on the entry form.
