1. Overview

The Winter Surf Giveaway ("the Competition") is organised by Red Paddle Co Ltd (trading as Red Equipment) in partnership with Peribo, Surfing WA Surf School, We Are Feel Good Inc., and Parrys Estate. By entering, participants agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

The Competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Red Equipment or its promotional partners are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Requirements

To enter, participants must complete the official entry form available on the Winter Surf Giveaway landing page at red-equipment.com.au/pages/winter-surf-giveaway-2025 between 10 June 2025 and 10 July 2025. Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted. Entries received outside of the competition period will not be considered.

4. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive a prize package valued at $1,640 AUD, consisting of:

• Red Equipment Surf Bundle (valued at $591): EVO Pro Change Robe, 40L Waterproof Kit Bag, Microfibre Towel, Water-Resistant Paddle Cap, and Insulated Drinks Tumbler
• “Life Around The Sea” Coffee Table Book (valued at $120)
  
• Two (2) Surfing WA Surf School Vouchers (valued at $100 each)
  
• We Are Feel Good Inc. Waterman Bundle (valued at $129)
  
• Parrys Estate Accommodation Voucher (valued at $600)

5. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and notified via email within seven (7) days of the competition closing date. If the selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, Red Equipment reserves the right to select an alternative winner. Proof of identity and eligibility may be required before the prize is awarded.

6. Prize Fulfilment

All physical items will be shipped to the winner’s nominated Australian address. Surfing WA and Parrys Estate vouchers will be delivered electronically. Red Equipment is not responsible for delays or mis-deliveries due to incomplete or inaccurate contact information provided by the winner.

7. Travel Requirements

The winner is responsible for organising and covering any travel or associated expenses not included in the prize, including travel to and from Surfing WA Surf School and Parrys Estate.

8. No Cash Alternative

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products or services. No substitutions or exchanges will be permitted.

9. Surfing WA Terms

Participation in Surfing WA Surf School lessons is subject to Surfing WA's own Terms & Conditions and Participant Declaration, which can be viewed at https://www.surfingwa.com.au/surf-school-terms

10. Parrys Estate Voucher Conditions

The Parrys Estate accommodation voucher is valid until 1 June 2027. It is not valid for use during peak periods, including but not limited to Christmas and Easter.

The voucher is:

• Not redeemable for cash
• Non-transferable
• Must be used in a single booking
• No credit, change, or refund will be provided for any unused portion

11. Publicity

By entering, participants consent to Red Equipment using their first name and Australian state for winner announcements and related promotional purposes, including on the Red Equipment website, email newsletters, and social media channels.

12. Data Protection

All personal information submitted will be handled in accordance with Red Equipment’s Privacy Policy. Data will not be shared with competition partners unless you opt in at the time of entry. Links to each partner's privacy policy are provided on the entry form.
