We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100 in Australia. Orders under $100 are charged a flat $10 fee.
Dispatch - We aim to dispatch all orders within two business days and can take up to 5 business days to be delivered depending on the remoteness of your location (not guaranteed).
You can return your items within 30 days of placing your order.
Clothing should be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with its label intact and still attached to the product. Equipment should be new and unused, with all original packaging and/or labeling still attached to the product. Items that don't have the label attached will incur a 10% reconditioning charge, which we will notify you of after inspection of your return. If we do not hear back from you within 4 days of contact, we will return the items to you.

The RSS velcro tabs are attached to our RSS battens to assist in fitting and removing the battens from the board pockets. Here is our video and some tips on how to make working with your battens easier:

-Inflate board to 1-5psi when fitting or removing the batten.
- When fitting or removing the battens, put the board on its side and straddle it, either pulling the batten towards you into the pocket using the velcro tab or pulling it out of the pocket away from you.

- When fitting or removing the battens, put the board on its side and straddle it, either pulling the batten towards you into the pocket using the velcro tab or pulling it out of the pocket away from you.
-Use vaseline or silicon spray on the batten to act as a lubricant.
-Wet the batten, fit it in the pocket and leave the board inflated with the batten in for a few days to a week. This helps the batten to mould the shape of the pocket.
