You can return your items within 30 days of placing your order.
Clothing should be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with its label intact and still attached to the product. Equipment should be new and unused, with all original packaging and/or labeling still attached to the product. Items that don't have the label attached will incur a 10% reconditioning charge, which we will notify you of after inspection of your return. If we do not hear back from you within 4 days of contact, we will return the items to you.

Heat retention super x4 hours late you can pour yourself a hot cuppa, 5 hrs if you don't open / close it. It's fairly lite weight to.
