Ecologically sound too, our PFC-free Durable Water Repellent (DWR) waterproof coating isn't harmful to the environment.

Easy clean:

Machine washable at 30°C.
Fasten all zips before washing.

The Pursuit performance hybrid jacket features an innovative expandable changing zone: inset stretch side panels and discreet three-quarter-length zips from hem to elbow allow extra room for changing.

Made from a four-way stretch, waterproof, and breathable material, it includes a lightweight, colour-matched YKK reverse-coil zip.

The jacket’s adaptable design ensures versatility, transforming into a changing robe with a generous A-line fit for easy changing.

Pursuit: Silicone Grip Tape

The Pursuit Robe features innovative silicone grip tape cuff adjusters in place of traditional Velcro.

This modern alternative offers exceptional durability and is gentle on fabrics, preventing snags and damage. Its flexibility across a wide temperature range ensures reliable performance in any weather, while its inherent water resistance maintains a firm hold in wet conditions.

Additionally, silicone grip tape is lightweight and low maintenance, staying clean and debris-free.

Almost Great

I wanted something specific for the shoulder seasons that I can also wear after swims, for dog walks, and that can handle rain. I didn't really want to spend this much, but I bought it when there was a discount.

It's been so warm this year for so long; coats haven't been that necessary, and unfortunately I tried and bought this while it was still warm. It is a great coat, and I'm a shortarse, so it was really handy to have the different length options. The pockets are good, although I might add an inside breast pocket. It's stylish and any fears I had about it being frumpy, were unfounded. However, the sticking point for me is the sleeves. They are a good two inches too long, which I decided I could live with; sometimes I might be glad of extra length when it's colder. This morning was the first cool morning, so I took a fleece as an extra layer post-swim, only to find that the sleeves are really tight and I could barely get my arms through, not helped by the towelling lining. Shoulder to elbow is fine, but elbow to wrist is really restricted, especially given that many of us have chunky Garmins, etc also adding to the problem at the wrist. This was only a light fleece, nothing particularly chunky, and I think I have regular-size arms for my size 10 frame. I'm kicking myself for not trying it on with more layers underneath, but it was hot at the time and just not on my mind. This is a huge limitation for me, in terms of how often I can wear it, so I'm really gutted. I…

Love this jacket

I've had bulkier robes before I purchased this RED jacket, I preferred the look and fit of this one and can use it more as an everyday jacket with the added bonus that if I need a change robe I can just unzip the sides. It keeps the wind and rain off and is warm without the bulk, the lined pockets are a bonus as is the smaller zipped pockets for keeping keys/money safe.

Top changing robe

Having borrowed my daughters’ Dry Robe which she claimed back after 2 years I was forced into buying my own and I am delighted with the lightweight choice which I use 3 times a week swimming in the North Sea

. It ticks all the boxes so far. It will be well tested in the winter but I think it will be great for a short jog to the beach, a quick dip and a jog back to a warm shower. It is cosy, well pocketed, long sleeves and with heaps of size options. I can wear it for dog walks too.

Great versatile coat

Can be used for swimming purposes in the milder months and also as a 'normal' raincoat as its waterproof and windproof. The waist can be gathered in if you so desire so it looks quite stylish and smart.

Great robe jacket- lightweight, long and breathable

This robe jacket is waterproof but as importantly it’s lightweight and breathable. It’s great for daily dog walking and a whole host of other activities. As always from RED the post was fast, it was well packed and the customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced (when I needed to contact them about a different product a few years back ). Many companies make products that look the part for the outdoors, the difference with RED products is that not only do they look outdoorsy they actually perform brilliantly outdoors.
